Autumn Pork Chops
I made these a couple nights ago and this is a really great, fast and easy entree! I will make this again at some point.
I used apple cider instead of apple juice (not a huge difference). And I used dijon mustard instead of spicy brown.
I served this with rice pilaf and sugar snap peas. Super simple dinner in 20 minutes!
