This pot roast recipe couldn't be easier! You plop your meat in your crockpot. You mix the three packets of seasoning together in a bowl. You season the meat on all sides. Pour 1 cup of water over the top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add 1-2 cups of water, depending on the size of your pot roast.
The meat was a bit on the salty side for me, and I didn't even use all of the seasoning because my pot roast was only 2 pounds. So use your own discretion.
