This was very simple to put together and is pretty tasty. I probably wouldn't make this every week, but it's definitely something different to add to your side dish menu. Also, if you didn't know, sweet potatoes are the most nutritious vegetable out there as far as vitamins. And bonus- they are one of my top three favorite veggies! I love their natural sweetness.
My changes:
I omitted the onion.
I used freeze-dried basil instead of fresh.
