Oroweat Sandwich Thins
If you haven't seen or tried these, you really should give them a shot. They are only 100 calories, 0g fat, and 11 g whole grains each. These are very versatile. You can use them for sandwiches, burgers, mini pizzas, breakfast egg sandwiches and a lot more. This website has recipes:
