So I made this tonight along with my "Fasta Pasta" and this was such a quick, simple meal to put together! To be honest, it's not the most flavorful dish in the world, but it definitely is low in fat and calories and a quick, one-pot meal, so that's about all I cared about tonight. Of course, you can always use your imagination and add things to bulk up the flavor, like different cheeses, veggies, etc.
