Grilled Salmon

I tried out this recipe tonight:


And it was delicious!!
My only changes were:
No onion or red pepper flakes
Grilled inside foil packets on my stove grill for about 15-20 minutes.

I really recommend the foil packet method. I hate it when fish gets stuck to the grill. Also, this helps to seal in the marinade and keep the fish moist. I let the fish marinate in the fridge for about 3 hours before cooking. I will be making this one again :-)
