Grilled (or baked) Pork Tenderloin

This was very similar to another pork tenderloin marinade I've used before several times. It was very flavorful and tender. The small amount of cinnamon in this will make your house smell amazing!

My changes:
I only used one 1 lb. pork tenderloin.
I baked this in the oven instead of grilling it. It was on 375 for about 40 minutes- probably could have done 35 minutes though.
I did not serve this with rice. I served it with the sweet potato dish below this post.
I used low-sodium soy sauce.
