Don't ask where the name of this recipe came from because I have no idea. But I do know that this marinade is very yummy! I made this on our indoor cast iron grill and it was great! The house smells wonderful. I used boneless chicken thighs because that was all I had, but I will use chicken breasts next time. I definitely prefer white meat over dark.
