Five-Spice Grilled Chicken with Blackberry Glaze


I made this last night and we both really enjoyed it. I made several changes to it. Here's what I did:
I used chicken breasts instead of thighs.
I just sauteed them on the stove instead of grilling them.
I used an all-fruit blackberry preserve (seedless) instead of jam.


We enjoyed the sweet blackberry glaze a lot and it was a nice change from your typical savory chicken dishes!
