Chocolate Espresso Pudding

I just threw this little dessert together today on a whim today when I was craving something sweet but didn't want to make something too high in calories or fat. Thought I would share it while I was thinking about it... So simple but soooo good!

1- 4 oz. pkg. Jell-O sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 individual packet Taster's Choice instant coffee granules

Mix these four ingredients well with a whisk and let them set for 10 minutes in the fridge. Then, mix in about 4 oz. Cool Whip Free until completely combined. Enjoy!
